Q: Calculating fertile days of cycle

i am 27 my period stopped for 2 months due to an eating disorder it came as normal in december and again in january but 6 days early i am now trying to get pregnant but dont know how i should calculate my most fertile days , i also had sex after my period and now i have this weird sensation in the abdomin as well as a cloudy urine could i be pregnant?
