Hello all,
I've quit caffeine many times, sometimes for up to 3 months. It's been very difficult to do in the past. People expect me to be able to perform tasks and I find it very hard even after a month or so. I always go back to caffeine. I'm wondering if there is an underlying health condition and that's why I never get over the fatigue completely.

Yes there could be an underlying condition or it could be that you are doing too much.

I'd suggest you have a physical with all the works...including having your B12, thyroid, hormones, etc levels checked....

i m a drag in the morning, while my son is bright eyed and bushy tailed. i need coffee to function! i love it, i love the way it smells, i get headaches when i dont drink it.

you may need some form of caffeine to wake you up in the morning, or even in the afternoon to give you an energy boost.
are you speaking about sodas? are you eating right. take your vitamins, make sure you drink lost of fluids, bring healthy lunches to work and not splurge on vending machine junk.
