Q: C Section complications

Hi. I am 40, had C section 2/28. Afterward I complained of worse pain on the right side I was told this was normal Post op pain, until a Seroma was discovered on the right side 10 days later. After about a week or so, Dr said it appears to be better, it had stopped draining and te incision has since healed over.

Now I find I still have some mild pain on same side. It is located just to the left of my hip bone. It comes and goes, is mild - but is very similar to the pressure/pain I felt during my post-op leading up to the time the Seroma began draining. What would happen if in fact the seroma has not healed fully and now has no way to drain? How can this be checked?? Question

Also I am curious if this could possibly have something to do with my appendix?

I am not very confident with my Dr any more, for various reasons. Want to know if I should seek another opinion...?

Any advice helpful. Thank you!
