c-section and still no period? Posted: 07-12-08 17:45pm


I just had a c-section 2 months and 3 days ago. I stopped spotting exactly 1 month ago...and I still have not started my period. Is this normal? I cannot remember how long it took with my first c-section.

Are you breastfeeding? That usually delays them. Two months doesn't seem long at all really. Some woman go 6 months without breastfeeding without a period. If it really concerns you, call the hospital and ask for another opinion.
