I've had yeast infections since I was a little kid. And recently I started getting BV and yeast infections at the same time. I started getting symptoms of a yeast infection 3 weeks ago, I took an over the counter yeast infection treatment, it didn't work. So I went to a new doctor last friday. She made me wait until yesterday to get my results, every other time I've gotten the test I've known within 10 minutes what I had. My test came out normal, but I still have symptoms, and I've had them enough to know something's wrong. So my question is, can the test results come out wrong because she waited too long to do the test?

i m not a doctor but i want to tell you that my previous relationship of 5 years we used condoms faithfully and during that time i never had any infections. comparing that to the guys i would sleep with whom they could sleep with other women, that's when i would get all kinds of infections.
are you sexually active.
what does you doctor say about you constantly getting infections?
