My symptoms are slight burning at the start of urination, no discharge, the pee hole opening is red, comes and goes. Just wondering what test i should have done 1st. I cannot afford to do them all at once. No other symptoms. Does this fall under what std?

Thanks.

Hi!
Burning on urination, especially at the beginning of urination, is a symptom of urethritis (infection/inflammation of the urethra).
Many sexually-transmitted diseases (bacteria, fungi, viruses) appear initially as urethritis, but, other things can be reason for this condition, too.
Using spermicide and injury can lead to urethritis in some men.

First thing you need to do is to give urine samples for checking for microorganisms.

For how long you've been experiencing this?
Have you used cream, lotion or cologne on your genitals recently?

I hope so
No lotions, creams, anything like that. I was told that i did have a run in with trick, but took the meds twice last year. I doesn't seem like those symtoms either, they say irretation "after" not before irination. Does the three normal stds always have a discharge?

I did have an injury two years ago, damaged my penis, little bend, well lake of blood to part of the tip on the side,.

Do i go to my doc and ask for a urethritis test???

Yes, you should visit your doctor and ask for testing your urine for some bacteria.
I think you have urethritis, cause you experience burning at the beginning of urination, and, since the bacteria and infected urine in the urethra cause the inflammation but are flushed out when "fresh" urine flows through the urethra on its way out of the bladder, the burning goes away.
You can have urethritis due to STD's and not experiencing urethral discharge (urethral discharge is more common for urethritis due to gonorrhea)

Sorry, but, can you explain me what "a run in with trick" mean?
Does it mean Trichomonas?
