Q: Burning when peeing

When I peed it burned so bad,& now its even when im not peeing & i have bumps inside like i think like blisters?I don't have insurance to go to the doctors right now.what could be the problem?

Painful urination associated with blister like lesions on the external genitals, buttocks and anus, is very suggestive for an outbreak of genital herpes.
