burning vaginal pain during intercourse
Posted: 06-07-08 22:49pm

About a week ago, my husband and I had somewhat rough sex and didn't bother using lube. (Shame on us!) Since then, my vagina has been too raw and sensitive to have sex. We attempted a couple of times (spaced days apart to allow time for healing) but had to stop because of the pain. Our 1st anniversary is tomorrow, and I'm afraid we won't be able to make love. Sad This happened once before earlier in the year, but everything was back to normal after a week. This time it's taking longer. Any ideas or suggestions on what the cause might be or things we could try to ease the pain so we can enjoy our anniversary?

Aw, I'm sorry! *hugs* I'm not sure what more you can do than give it enough time to heal. You might have a small tear inside that's causing the problem. I guess using lube when you tried a few days ago didn't help?

We just got back from our anniversary weekend, and we had a great time! We used a lot of lube and took it very slow and were able to make love 4 times this weekend! It was a wonderful 1st anniversary! Smile
