I have been having a burning sensation when i urinate and sometimes i feel kind of a stabing pain in my belly button. I thought maybe it was an std but i got tested and all were negative. I was treated for trichominoasis about a week ago. Could this be the infection coming back?

... sounds more like...
It sounds more like a Urinary tract infection.. I'm not a doctor but if as far as the burning sensation with urination goes that sounds like a UTI and you need to go to the doctor or hospital as soon as you can to get some antibiotics for it otherwise it can spread to the kidneys then there is a real problem, and if it is not a UTI then it really needs to be checked out... lot of kidney problems in the family lol
