burning stabbing pain on my upper spine between and just below my shoulder blades and into my right shoulder and a numb pain feeling into my right arm and hand and also int my neck with a headache at and on top of my head

I suggest you see a Chiropractor. You could have a pinched nerve. They will xray you to determine the cause. It wouldnt hurt to get 6 adjustments which would be 3 days a week and do any therapy such as ice or stimulation. If you dont feel better after 6 adjustments, you could have a ruptured disc or something of that nature. Good Luck!
