hey everyone. well to get to the point, i am really just trying to burn some fat. I am not fat however i have somewhat of a gut. nothing huge. even with my shirt off u can tell i have a gut. however theres a nice thick layer of fat there covering my abs haha. my question is what can i do to tighten my mid section to have abs?
Depending on how fit you are.. jog 30-40 mins, 4-5 times a week.
Train your abs 2-3 times a week, depending on how quick they recover. (Don't do situps... do crunches, captains chairs', reverse crunches etc...)
Good luck, if your eating right, and training right, depending on how fit you are, expect good results in 2-3 months.
