My fiance and I have been together for a year. We have both been tested for all STDs and everything has been negative. However, almost everytime after he ejaculates in me it burns for at least 30-45 minutes afterwards..??? What is going on? I have asked my gyno and he has no explanation. I do not have a yeast infection, we do not use lube or any other products...I am at a complete loss. Is this a problem for anyone else? Any tips??

Lack of lube actually may be the problem. Are you significantly wet when you are having sex? If you are too dry, there may be too much friction and that would cause the burning. You should try using lubrication and see if that helps out.

Does his semen burn you or does the friction burn?

Cause if its only when his semen touches you then you could be irritated by him. Why I do not know.

But if it burns during sex or after sex it could be something else?
