Q: Burning sensation

On holiday recently in Rome (where it was very hot) ONE HALF of my face (RIGHT side) ONLY became very red with a burning sensation. sun

Since returning home I have experienced a burning sensation on my RIGHT foot/lower leg and pain in my RIGHT arm.
Any explanations as to the problem?
(Last year my 25 year old son died very suddenly after a short illness - could this be stress related? If so, why only ONE side of my body?)
