It started on my birthday (may 22) and it got worse with nausea, at one point I had this extreme buring sensation. Then for a week or so, it went away but I still had slight nausea. Now (june 18th) I have a weird burning sensation on my lower left side and it feels like I just have a lot of gas inside, just bloated. I feel like if I just had a bowel movement, I'd feel so much better. I've been passing gas more frequently. I know it sounds like I just have a lot of gas, but I just want to make sure it's nothing too serious. I've been worried to death.
