Q: burning sensation on forearm

hola

i have a burning sensation under the skin of my forearm by my elbow

its comes and goes but feels to be appearing more

i dont have any moles or birthmarks there that have changed and there arent any lumps

ive had muscle injuries before and it doesnt feel like a muscle injury. it feels like its directly under the skin

does anyone have any clues as to what it could be?
