I have a burning sensation on my brain. I have MS and have had in the past and do have in the present burning sensations in other parts of my body but this is the first time that my brain has felt on fire. What is wrong? Is it related to MS? I have never heard of, nor experienced this symptom before.

Thanks for using this forum...

Burning sensation in scalp can be due to poor hair hygeine,skin ailment of scalp or if above are normal neuropathic in nature..You should be taking drugs for MS as these help in decreasing the progression of the disease..Kindly meet neurologist to remedy the burning sensations...

Hot Brain
I don't think she meant her scalp!! I experience the same burning feeling coming from just under my skull. I believe it's called the Blood Brain. It feels like whatever surrounds the brain just before the skull is burning or hot.....What the heck is wrong with me?
