Hi,
Welcome to the ehealthforum and I am really glad to help you out.

The drug which the doctor has prescribed for acidity is safe during pregnancy and acidity or this drug is not going to have any harmful effect on your baby and thus nothing to worry.

Eating several smaller meals each day rather than three large meals can help keep acidity at bay.

Also, avoid eating right before going to bed. The fetal heart sounds can be heard with the help of a Doppler by week 8-10 and with a stethoscope by week 18-20. I sincerely hope this information helps. Take care.
