I was recently prescribed pgenergan and codeine cough syrup and now I am having a burning sensation in my chest, stomach, and rib cage. What could this be? how do I treat it?

Extremely eHealthy
Burning sensation in your chest is most likely due to bronchitis and continuous coughing, but, not a side effect of cough suppressant syrup.
