I have a burning sensation on the left side of my back that has become rather uncomfortable. It feels like there is a sunburn but there is no redness or rash. As a cosmetologist I am constantly leaning over sinks, could this be whats causing it? And if so what exactly would be wrong.

Extremely eHealthy
it would be good to go to your gp for check up as a burning sensation could be sign of diabedies. it might be from other causes but do yourself favor and see doc.....pete

I am also a cosmetologist with the same problem. It has been going on for years, but I haven't gotten it checked out yet. Over time it has become worse. I decided to start college where I have been attending for 3 years now. I have a strong science background and with all the research I have done it sound like you have either a pinched nerve or a herniated disk. You will need to talk with your doctor about it so he can help make the right diagnoses for you! Hope this helps!
