This is hard to describe but everytime I have to urinate or make a BM I get an overwhelming burning sensation all over my abdomen..it feels like extreme anxiety almost. It doesn''t burn when I actually go to the bathroom. I have been tested for infections but I come up clean. Does anyone know what I am talking about?? Thank-you

Hi,

Thanks for posting the query. If you have ruled out urinary and bladder infections, then this pain can be attributed to the psychological tension as well. Other possibility include intestinal infections. You should consult a General Physician and get yourself examined for an accurate diagnosis.
