I am 10 weeks out of a total shoulder.

I had a lot of work done, some rotator repair plus typical cutting, stitches
and chiseling off the arthritis and spurs on my humerus.

I am experiencing a constant burning sensation near my scapula as well
as around my bicep/tricep.

What causes this and when should this subside. I am limited in ROM right now
but trying to do my physical therapy, stretches as well as strengthening with
a yellow band.

Any help to manage this pain would be appreciated.
