My immediate reaction was a UTI.

But, since you've been tested, I seriously don't know.... Maybe someone else will have some insight. I'm stumped!

Did you ever use a penis pump or penis ring? If yes then that will narrow it down.

Well stop masturbation for a while. Or at least limit to it. I used the rings and pumps before. Rings because my hardness looked freaky (in a good way). And pumps well because i was just curious about them. But eventually i think either i had the ring on too long or used the pump too often but that did some damage to my wood. It usually gave me trouble when i ejaculated and p'd. Then i decided to cut back and let my thing heal. It took about 2-3 months. But it's good now.

So i'm wondering if you did something similar.

Or and as for impotence try the L-arginine supplement. Or even the muscle supplement No2 (with is almost the same thing). Try 3-5 grams twice a day.

No need to resort to viagra or anything like that.

Of course eat healthy and exercise 3-4 times a day. Trust me. Exercise does help.

If the arginine don't help there are other things that could help.

Overuse injury
You overused your prostate and created a mild inflammation. You also strained the pelvic floor muscles. Limit orgasms to 1 per week until you are symptom free. Also, you may try a muscle relaxant such as Librax. If the pain get's really bad, a little Valium may help. Daily hot sitz baths are important for 30-40 minutes minimum.

Getting soap, shampoo, etc in the penis can cause that but it usually goes away fairly quick.

I also had this happen to me when I went and urinated right after ejaculation or waking up with morning wood/pre-ejaculation and urinating.

I'm not really sure if it was a chemical reaction of some sort or if my poor little urine/ejaculate door operator was confused and screaming at me (thats the thing that controls urine / ejaculate flow since only one can flow at one time. What is that actually called?).

"Milking" my penis seemed to help get it to stop. Do that by running a finger down the bottom of it (remember a part of your penis is inside of you lol) a few time and make sure it is completely empty of fluid.
