Well stop masturbation for a while. Or at least limit to it. I used the rings and pumps before. Rings because my hardness looked freaky (in a good way). And pumps well because i was just curious about them. But eventually i think either i had the ring on too long or used the pump too often but that did some damage to my wood. Or and as for impotence try the L-arginine supplement. Or even the muscle supplement No2 (with is almost the same thing). Try 3-5 grams twice a day.
No need to resort to viagra or anything like that.
Of course eat healthy and exercise 3-4 times a day. Trust me. Exercise does help.
If the arginine don't help there are other things that could help.
