For years i have suffered with a burning sensation inside my vagina that only comes on 2 days after having sex, also the feeling i need to pee but cant. i have been for tests at hospitals and took all sorts of antibiotix that take it off at the time but the next time i have sex its back again. i can be lucky and have times i don't get this but often i do. I have also been tested for STD's and got a all clear. i heard about a operation that could help with this kind of illness once but could not get anymore infomation. can anyone help or have any advice? I drink lots of water an crambary juice. x

Jodie, Was this with the same partner every time over the years? Does he ejaculate inside you? If not, can it be an allergy to the condom or lube used? Do you get it when you masturbate?

Hi Jodie11,

Since you have done everyting you can think of, short of surgery, which I have never heard of for burning in the vaginal area. I would suggest you have your partner go in for testing. Perhaps the answer to the problem lies within him not you. Sometimes we could be carrying a high level of a chemical in our bloodstream that affect our partners, via our bodily fluids. Certainly wouldn't hurt to have him checked out. If he refuse, there is a red flag waving.

Good Luck,

Faded Rose
