I was just recently diagnosed with mono which I have been going through the past few weeks. I learned a lesson of not leaving iced coffees in my work place refrigerator. Just before the symptoms occurred I started having painful random headaches on the right top side of my head. I'm still suffering from these headaches and now are above and behind my right eye. It's a burning pressure kind of pain. Is it because of mono or should I go back to my doctor? I also took medicine for my sinuses but it didn't seem to help.
