I am very worried my fiance told me today he used the bathroom and had a burning feeling and discharge. We have not been with anyone but each other and we do not use protection at all even when we do anal sex. I am not having any effects but he says he will feel it before i would anyway. ( we never do anal then vag. unless we clean up). He also has a problem that when we have sex to much or to often, his penis gets so hard to the point it hurts him after a while.
