Hello, I have had severe pain with a burning sensation under my right rib cage. i had gastric bypass 6/24/08. I also have had my gallbadder removed in 2005... i need to know what is wrong...

I have had these episodes after eating too fast or too much i also have had it after drinking a glass of wine or eating too much sugar... When i say too much sugar i mean a bite of something that has more than 5 grams in it. or sometime i just get it. i also have a lot of gas associated with this and it travels into to my right arm/shoudler blade...
