Welcome to E health forum.

It seems that you are worried about HIV infection.

HIV is not transmitted via 2-3 drops of breast milk. Hence there is no risk of HIV infection at all.

All your symptoms are due to stress and anxiety, associated with your guilt. ‎

You should ‎consult with your doctor for counselling who can clear all your fears and doubts about HIV. ‎In case you are still in doubt, you can undergo a HIV test for HIV antibodies after 12 weeks post exposure. If negative, it will be conclusive for your HIV negative status.

In addition, you may get tests for Folic acid and B 12 levels. Conditions like diabetes, hypothyroidism also should be ruled out.

I hope this helps.‎
