Bumpy Thing In My Anus

Hey everyone I'm suffering now for exactly 3 weeks now.. I have a like a bumpy thing in my anus.. I visited already the surgeon in our area.. And he informed that I have thramboiled external pile in my anus..correct me if I'm mistake in my word.. In the first week the bumpy thing is hard and painful if you touch it.when I started to apply the ointment it's already gone..before I had this thing that every night my ass is become so itchy but now I'm not experiencing the itchyness..there's no blood discharge on it I'm always checking my anus if there's a blood in it..3 weeks already applied te water therapy and ointment but the size of it still there? Do you think that I'm suffering from anal cancer?
