Q: Bumps penis white discharge

I've been getting bump type things on my penis and im not sure what they are. im 15 I am sexually active but only with 1 person. and i can squeezee them and white stuff comes out Embarassed

any suggestions?

and i only get one like once a month. but once i pop them they still there like the skin gets thicker and they usually hurt .
