Q: bumps on toddlers vagina

My 2 year old daughter has had bumps around her vagina for exactly 1 week now. At first we thought maybe it was a heat rash...But I dont think that would last this long. It is starting to worry me. They don't seem to bother her. Can someone please tell me what it could be?

Could it be diaper rash? It may be a yeast infection. I'd bring her to the doctor to be on the safe side.
