Hi, i just turned 16 i am a virgin and i have had these bumps on my penis for a pretty long time. I dont know what they are but they are like flesh colored bumps all over the top half of the shaft of my penis but the bottom half is fine, the bump dont hurt and nothing comes out when squeezed but they dont look good at all and some are red and on the foreskin there are some like right below the hole where i pee from that are red and dont pop either and some are on the bottom of the foreskin as well. What are these? should i see a doctor?
