Over the last several months cluster like bumps have formed at the base of my penis and on my testicular sack. These are areas that I have shaved often and wondering if it could be attributed to ingrown hairs. I have not shaved these areas since appearing and they are still there. I have only had sex with my girlfriend and we have had a monogamous relationship for the last few years, she does not have these bumps. How could I treat this before going to the doctor?
