Q: Bumps on penis and genitals

a couple of years ago i started to notice some bumps on the bottom of my penis and on my genitals. my parents have no stds and i have never had sex (oral or vaginal). i dont remember any time i could have come into contact with any std. they are about the size of a ballpoint pin head under my skin, and filled with a white, pus-like liquid. they are not painful, and not irritating.the skin around them sometimes seems slightly reddened. sometimes they will randomly pop and drain, and a couple days after that they are gone. i have no idea what they are and was wondering if someone on this site could help figure it out.

What you are experiencing are most likely genital acne.
