Hi. I've recently noticed bumps on either side behind my back molar teeth. I don't know how long they have been there, and the only reason I noticed them is because the gums behind my left molar tooth (right in the picture) have been hurting when I eat and talk or yawn. Does this look like my wisdom teeth coming in, or something else? :/
Here are some pictures:

I'm 18, so I should be getting my wisdom teeth eventually. I've also heard however that it could be impacted food or something like that. I thought with pictures, someone could tell me. :/
Thanks.
