Okay for about 2 months now I have had about 10 or so reddish-whiteish bumps which are spread out throughout my pubic hair region. I have no such dots on my actual penis. Its only in the pubic hair region above the penis. They are non-itchy. My and my girlfriend have been broken for about two months now. She says she has been tested and she doesn't have anything, and she is the only person I have ever had sex with. Any idea on what this might be? I hope its not herpes or something!

Could be from excessive sweating and heat / friction.

Try an ointment or powder (not at the same time), like Gold Bond and sleep with nothing below the waist. Since it is not itching, that's good.

Let that area dry out as much as possible and you should see results in a few days.

You could always see a dermatologist.
