my 5 month old daughter has what seems to be a rash on the back of her head and she is constantly scratching her head, It looks a little white. she only scratches on the sides and especially when she gets mad.

Is the head scratching causing the rash or is a rash causing the scratching? You might want to take her in to a dermatologist or pediatrician to find out of there is a cause for concern.
