Q: Bumps around vagina

I have small bumps around my vagina and anus. No itching, irritation, or burninq, I'm just having abnormal discharge. It's white, very heavy, and has a weird odor. What could this be?

I doubt that the bumps and discharge are related. The bumps could be sebaceous cycts, usually caused by swollen hair follicles or skin trauma/irritation. Sebaceous cysts are usually painless, slow-growing small bumps or lumps that move freely under the skin. It's important not to touch or try to remove the substance inside to prevent tenderness, swelling, and infection of a sebaceous cyst.
If you're worried you could have herpes, genital herpes creates a completely different kind of sore -- a blister-type sore that eventually becomes crusty. Genital warts, on the other hand, look exactly the way they sound, like warts, not small bumps.
As for the discharge, it sounds like you have a yeast infection that can be easily treated.
