hey i know exactly what you mean... i believe they are just goosebumps or sorta like that because i get them too around my penis when it becomes cold or i get an erection... there is nothing wrong with them at all as far as i am concerned

I have the same thing. Had it since i was around 15 and im 18 now. They are completely normal and many men have them. they sound like sweat glands and ingrown hairs, or fordyces spots, which is non-contagious. Bad thing is they dont really go away. they're not harmful though, and 90% of men have Fordyce's spots.

Don't worry
I noticed these when I was younger and even went to the STI clinic I was so worried - They are normal hair folicles - even if there is no hair coming out of them - there normal and you have nothing to worry about

Fordyce's spot or condition
Sounds like Fordyce's spot or condition (check out Wikipedia). The bumps are sebaceous glands that get enlarged. They occur naturally and are not contagious. They often occur in hairless areas that are near hair growing skin, for example, around the lips and genitals.
