Hi there,
I am a 21 year old female, sexually active. For a while now I have had these bumps around my genitals, they are on the outside of the labia and on the perineum and above the clitoris. Kind of in a ring around everything. Anyways they look like normal follicles on the skin, fairly small and consistent in size, except they can't be squeezed (or "popped"). When one is squeezed it feels like a hard little granule underneath. I went to the doctor about them and he said they were regular vulvar bumps, but I'm not so sure. The doctor didn't feel them so I have a feeling he was wrong. I'm concerned they might be genital warts or something of that nature.
Any thoughts?

Thanks!

Have you googled "fordyce spots", it could be them? I have these all around the inside of my vagina, they are perfectly normal and harmless.

I also have little bumps on my labia minora, which when rubbed between my fingers feel "grainy", I asked to be checked for GW last Friday and was told these bumps on my labia was normal and nothing to worry about.

Hope this helps you a little.

Hi there,
Thanks so much for responding-I really appreciate it. Knowing that someone else has similar symptoms and doesn't have warts makes me feel a lot better!!

Thanks again Smile
