hi,
i had a pimple on my arm last week. Because of chafing from the shirt i was wearing, the pimple got rubbed, and bled. i think i got an infection from it because it started being a bit painful. I soaked my arm in salt water and now there is no pain at all so i guess the infection is gone, but i still have a bump there. The bump has been there for the last week and it seems smaller than it was but I really want to get rid of it. Anything i could do?

Extremely eHealthy
Try to apply benzyl peroxide/salicylic acid on the skin, wash the skin with a bland soap in order to keep the arms clean and dry.
