Im 18 years old and sexually active, i maturbate at least once a day sometimes twice. I started to notice this a couple months ago and now im really scared. I have this bump on my penis and it gets bigger and turns red after i masturbate. It gets really small a couple of minutes afterwards but i dont know what to do is this normal what can i do to help it?
