Do the bumps have a history of a slowly growing process for several years?
Are they related to a mild tenderness occasionally?
Did you get the first bump during or soon after adolescence?
Is the skin over the bump normally looking and not connected to the bump?

the skin is normall looking. I actually thought it was swollen muscle at first. but now it's grown to be really big. about the size of half a base ball. I started seeing the lump about a year ago. it was the size of a ping pong ball then
