I have a hard bump on my spine that is close to the middle of my back..I think it is most likely my L1 vertebrea. It does not feel like a cyst at all. I'm experiencing extreme back pain; it hurts to move, get out of a chair, bend forward or backward, to walk, pretty much any movements hurt my back to wear I'm in tears. The hard bump is very noticable you can feel it just by running your hand down my back. The only pain relief I have found is for my husband to press as hard as he can on the bump then move down to this gap in between the bump and the next vertebrea and press as hard as he can again. I don't know if this will help but from the age of 6-18 I have been diagnosed with Lordosis, Scolyosis, A Bulging Disk in between my L4&L5 Vertebrea and a Pinched Nerve. I would love to have some help about what this could be and treatment that I could take to relieve some pain because I have no insurance. Thank you so much, Jessica.
