i have a painful bump on my right knee that comes up and down. it is a deep burning pain to the middle of knee.. feels like if i could core it out the pain would disappear. i use capasicin and pain meds. something as simple as barely bumping it can cause horrible pain. the bump seems to turn a black color when it comes up now. it started off about ten years ago like a pimple. it goes up and down but recently is remaining up more.
