Q: bump on jaw bone

I am not sure what to make of this but I discovered a small bump, large pea-sized where my jaw bone where it connects in front of my left ear. It doesn’t hurt, I can move /push it around slightly. There might be slight swelling inside mouth under bottom wisdom tooth (which has been out for 20 years). Not discolored or sore. I have no problems eating or swallowing. I have not prior mouth/tooth/gum problems.

My ears don't hurt either. I have had a cold with sinus problems and laryngitis in the past 2 weeks. It all seemed to go away for a few days but then I woke with a crusty eye and swollen eyelid. I treated it as an eye infection for a day. The next morning the other eye was swollen and I had mild hives on my lower arms, under my elbow. My swollen eyes seemed to be part of this allergic reaction. I have had allergy tests done with no positives. I do get a reaction to something every few years but cannot link to anything in prticular. Stress doesn't seem to be it either.

I treated the reaction with 2 days of Reactine and the hives disappeared and eye swelling has gone down significantly. But now the bump on the jaw bone is making me concerned. Any clue???
