Q: bump on inside of leg

Hey this is going to sound awful but i have a lump on the inside of my legs located on the edge of my bumcheek
it is not painful unless pressed against its still small but seems to be increasing and has been here for about a week or so
should i be worried?
also i am having problems when i go to the toilet as it hurts when i urine
any answers?
