Q: Bump on back of throat

For the past month or two, I have had a reoccuring bump on the back of my throat. It does not hurt, but I notice it when I swallow. I can scratch it off, and it bleeds a little. The bump is red and small, but it sticks out and I can feel it with my tongue. I do not smoke.
