Bump near anus and vagina

I''ve just recently been diagnosed with a yeast infection and a couple days after using the medicine I noticed this weird pimple like bump right in the space between my anus and vagina. Its been tender and Im not sure if this is a pimple or something else because I''ve never had something like this before. I''ve read online that it could be a cyst and its only been hurting for a day now I just want to self diagnose or get some advice before I go back into my doctors office again. Any advice would be really helpful.
