there is a bump or hardspot on the left side of my inner buttcheek right to the left of my tailbone (coccyx), it feels like it is in the area of my glute muscle. sometimes i get sharp pains there and think this hardspot is the reason for it, the sharp pains happen more frequently when I do squats at the gym. what could this be? I am thinking i have a slight tear in my glute
