my mom got a bump between her ear and cheek which is painful when she touches it she gets a headache. her neck was in pain a week a go . what can that be?

does sure have any TMJ problems?

There are many trigger points in head/neck are that if one is prone to headache or migraines can trigger pain. I know for sure that I cannot press some areas or open my jaw too wide.
